  • ENHANCED SUSPENSION TRAINING: Ready to tone your muscles, develop core strength, and improve your posture? This ceiling anchor lets you do full suspension trainer workouts from a ceiling-mounted bar. This type of mount allows you to perform a wider range of exercises with the suspension ropes.
  • HEAVY-DUTY MOUNTING: Each ring mount is made of powder-coated steel. You will need at least 2 of these mounted brackets to hold a 1 1/4-inch (32 mm) schedule 40 or 80 galvanized steel tubing. A pair of these ceiling anchors can accommodate up to 300 lbs. of weight.
  • PERFECT FOR HOME & GYM USE: Working out using a suspension system is ideal for strength training, muscle building, and post-rehab recovery. This Bodhi ceiling mount bracket can be used for training in wider spaces, like in your garage at home, at the gym, or in a facility for physical therapy.
  • INSTALLATION: We recommend using a licensed contractor for the installation. This kit comes with the tools needed to secure the ceiling hardware. You will need to provide your own pipe from which to hang the Bodhi system. The pipe should be 1.25" (32 mm) in diameter in whatever length you need.
