What is Mighty Patch Surface?
Surface has the same great pus-absorbing power as Original and Invisible+ but is larger in size so itÕs perfect for multiple breakouts. When one patch just wonÕt cut it, Mighty Patch Surface covers the entire breakout area (think: cheeks, forehead, back, chin) with the same hydrocolloid power you already know and love in Mighty Patch.
What pimples does it work best on?
Mighty Patch works best on pimples with fluid or pus in it. Usually that means whiteheads that have come to a head. Sometimes Mighty Patch Surface can help coax fluids to the surface helping to bring pimples to a head. With cystic acne, we recommend you see a doctor or dermatologist. It does not work on blackheads.
How is it different from Original or Invisible+?
Mighty Patch Surface is a larger version which makes it perfect for bigger breakout areas. The edges are tapered so they feel thin and smooth and will fit the curves of your face and body with no problem. Other than that, itÕs the same great pus-absorbing hydrocolloid technology made by a brand you can trust.
What else should I know?
Also, if you have known allergies to pectin or rubber, we advise not to use this product.

Uses the highest grade hydrocolloid.
Super thin so that itÕs almost invisible. Barely there coverage with a matte finish.
Tapered edges help the patch seamlessly blend into skin.
Larger size is perfect for when you have multiple breakouts or need to cover larger surface areas.
First, identify the right type of zit Ñ Mighty Patch works best on whiteheads.
Cleanse the skin and let it dry. (If you have very dry skin, you may want to apply moisturizer and let it dry completely for up to 30 minutes).
Press lightly for 5 seconds to make sure the acne patch is sticking securely, especially around the outer edges.
Let the patch work its magic for 6 hours or overnight (no more than 10 hours).
Peel it off and moisturize the area.
Depending on the size and stage of the whitehead, you might need to use another patch to pull out more gunk. ThatÕs normal!
Grab a fresh Mighty Patch and repeat from step 1.
